Bodegas Romero de Ávila Salcedo
A treasure from Castilla La Mancha
Many years ago, our ancestors used to produce wine in clay barrels, transforming sugar into alcohol and turning grape juice in wine.
Bodegas Romero de Ávila Salcedo is one of the few wineries in the world that can still elaborate wine in clay amphora’s deposits, as Romans did over 2000 years ago.
Our winery is proud to offer a very special wine, different from everything already existing in the wine art.
